We used a homemade <a href=\"http:\/\/issuu.com\/purelyelizabeth\/docs\/purely_spring_magazine_2e4d51e4be19ca\/42\">gluten-free crepe batter<\/a> and topped them with a\u00a0Mint Coconut Sauce, pea shoots and scallions.
