I really do love the semi-permanent lip colors, lip liners, brow liner and lash tint, but there are times when it needs to come off. So, that’s what their foaming OFF does! One pump of the 2-ounce bottle and you have enough in your hand to remove the semi-permanent makeup from your whole face.
