We can’t say enough about this rich, flavorful and yet elegant marinade! Hearty enough in flavor to marinate beef, we also used this as a reduction with turkey, and as a unique dipper for sushi!
The ingredients are: organic tamari, orange juice concentrate, onions, ginger root and garlic. Simple, but decidedly different! We all loved the fact that there was plenty of ginger, onion and garlic to look at and chew, and it added the burst of flavor that was needed so that the tamari did not predominate.

The bottle is a generous 12-ounces and with its distinctive label and unique ingredients, any hostess would be pleased to receive this as a gift. We find ourselves reaching for this like we would tamari… but it’s better. I think this is going to be our new tamari when our regular one evaporates from disuse! A great marinade, don’t be shy about using this as a sauce, a dipper and as a splash in certain recipes that need a unique difference. This is a winner!
