Serve as a dip for fresh strawberries, blueberries and cherries.
Makes 1 pound
INGREDIENTS: 4 cups Greek-style yogurt 1 Tablespoon freshly grated orange zest 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the yogurt, zest and mint in a large bowl.
Using a yogurt strainer, or a colander lined with two layers of clean cheesecloth, pour seasoned yogurt in to drain. Let drain over bowl in refrigerator (overnight) for at least 12 hours.
Put the orange mint cheese into a bowl.
