INGREDIENTS: 6 large, ripe bananas ¼ cup butter 1 Tablespoon curry powder
DIRECTIONS:
Peel bananas and slice into ¼ -inch thick rounds. In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the curry powder. Stir and cook the curry powder 2-3 minutes. Add the bananas and cook until lightly browned: about 7-10 minutes. Great as an accompaniment to fish or meat.
