Serves 4
INGREDIENTS: Green beans cubes of feta cheese black olives shredded mint leaves olive oil lemon juice freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Steam green beans till bright green and with still a little crunch left. Drain and toss with cubes of feta cheese, black olives, shredded mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve on a flat platter with some good bread and your favorite olive oil alongside.
