Wonderful on grilled fish, pork and chicken.
INGREDIENTS: 1/2 c orange juice (or pineapple juice) 1/4 c Maple Syrup 2 tsp Cajun seasoning 1/2 tsp cumin
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all ingredients in small saucepan. Simmer for until reduced by one-half. Refrigerate until ready to use.
YIELD 3/4 cup
