INGREDIENTS: 1-cup organic sour cream ¼ cup chopped organic cilantro 1 medium organic tomato, diced Juice from one organic grapefruit ½ cup minced organic opal basil 1 cup finely diced organic mushrooms ¼ cup chopped organic parsley 2 cloves minced organic garlic 1 diced organic jalapeno pepper Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly and let marinate at least 4 hours. Serve as dip or on toasted French bread.
