Great with hot cornbread, melted over a piece of grilled fish or on vegetables.

Yield 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter, softened
1 Tbsp grated orange peel
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate covered until ready to use.

Allow to soften (or can be whipped) before using.
