Use as a side dish or base for chicken or shrimp salad.

INGREDIENTS: 1 oz package Couscous 2 green onions, sliced 1/4 c each red and green bell peppers 1/2 c dried cranberries 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 c Maple Syrup Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare couscous, refrigerate to chill. Add remaining ingredients to chilled couscous, mix thoroughly.
