INGREDIENTS: 1/8 Tablespoon crushed bay leaf 1/8 Tablespoon allspice berries or ground allspice ¼ Tablespoon white peppercorns ½ Tablespoon dried green peppercorns 1 Tablespoon ground ginger 2 Tablespoons mustard seed or ground dry mustard 2 Tablespoons dried thyme, or lemon thyme 4 Tablespoons celery seed 4 Tablespoons Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed jar in a dark cupboard. Place small amount in a pepper grinder and use for seasoning fish, shellfish and melted butters for fish and seafood.
