¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon each garlic powder, dried oregano, fennel seeds
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
(for more spiciness, add 1 Tablespoon basil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes)
You may want to double this recipe and keep in an airtight jar in a dark cupboard. This is excellent in any dish that contains tomatoes. Sprinkle into sauces and soups, on fish, pasta, pizza and vegetables.
