Toss these blends together and put them into marked jars. Keep them in your cupboard to spice up just about anything at a moment’s notice.
INGREDIENTS: ¾ teaspoon each nutmeg, savory, allspice, chervil, dry mustard 1 Tablespoon each ground fennel seed, ground white pepper 2 Tablespoons dried parsley 3 Tablespoons dried sage 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
DIRECTIONS:
Mix and store in a sealed jar in a dark cupboard.
Rub inside of turkey with blend. Mix 3 Tablespoons of blend with 2 Tablespoons lemon juice and ½ cup white wine. Let blend marinate for one hour. Baste turkey with this mixture during cooking.
