Monavé Mineral Cosmetics' Vegan Lip Glaze is a line of vegan color washes, with a naturally formulated, high-shine effect. To Pure Zing’s knowledge, this is the only lip glaze on the market not containing the crushed carmine beetle for red coloring. With over 21 shades available, this high-staying power product line was designed to appeal to a wide range of complexions and skin tones.

Monavé Mineral Cosmetics

Sparked by a desire to create a line of mineral cosmetics that offered a palette of colors designed to blend in with women’s skin of all ethnicities, Monave Mineral Cosmetics was born in 2004. President and owner, Deborah Bilezikian, was determined to find cosmetics that matched her own complexion and, most importantly, that did not contain any synthetic ingredients that are harmful to human skin.

Supporting woman-owned and managed businesses, Bilezikian strives to educate local business women with similar organic products about how to create mineral cosmetics and she only hires locally. Monavé aims to adopt completely sustainable company policies in that no animal testing is used at any stage of product creation, paper, glass, and plastics are recycled in our warehouse and low-energy lighting is used wherever possible.

Grown from a small kiosk in a Baltimore area Mall, Monave Mineral Cosmetics can now be found in over 17 retail locations nationwide. The company also serves the bulk and wholesale order markets.
