The richness of the Mission figs is tempered by pear puree, lemon juice concentrate, organic pure cane sugar and pectin. A a great source of fiber, which contains Potassium as well as Manganese, Iron and Calcium.

The end result is a rich, thick jam, with bits of fig and a unique and compelling flavor. The dense fig texture and sweetness is beautifully balanced by the tart and Zingy pear and lemon.
