If you like hot dog mustard all grown up and with a kick, this is it! The look is chunky and the smell is pungent and mouth watering. The first ingredient is mustard so this 9-ounce jar is packed with a mustard lovers favorite ingredient. But rather than resting on those laurels, the owner has balanced it with the equally powerful and plentiful ingredients of onions, bell peppers, vinegar, Datil peppers, sugar and garlic. Wow! This one packs a knock out punch of nine on the mustard power scale!

Forget the hot dogs and pull out the Bratwurst! Slather this on a hearty burger and cool off the manageable datil fire with something icy. This is mustard that stands up to big meats and cheeses, thickly sliced onions and even thicker breads.

The glass jar with the sketch of old St. Augustine shows off the bright mustard yellow filled with a multitude of chopped onions and peppers that make the texture and consistency of this Zingy mustard so satisfying and thick. If you say “Dis and Dat”, then you will know how to pronounce Datil pepper, but you won’t know how to describe its unusual flavor.
