INGREDIENTS: 1 lb. fresh (or frozen) fish fillets ¼ cup dairy sour cream 1 Tablespoon milk 1 Tablespoon Tropical Fruit Mustard 2 teaspoons snipped chives
DIRECTIONS:
Place thawed fish on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat until fish flakes easily with a fork. Stir other ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat. Serve over fish.
