“Boy, is that good! Wow! Now this is a cookie!” are all uncensored comments from the PureZing team when they tasted this rich, 2-ounce cookie.

This looks like a cookie; slightly browned around the edges, with chips visible and inviting. The flavor is sweet, and almost peanut butter dense, and the chew is melting and addictively delicious. This cookie goes down easily and disappears far too quickly!!

The ingredients though don’t scream typical cookie: almond meal, almond butter, birch tree Xylitol, organic coconut, psyllium, organic brown rice, rice protein, organic agave nectar, organic carob chips (dairy free), chia seeds and sea salt.

We don’t usually like ‘don’t’, but we like that this cookie doesn’t contain the following: gluten, soy, sugar, maltitol, corn, rice syrup, wheat, dairy, eggs, animal products, trans fats, or baking soda or powder. Celiacs, vegans, children, dieters, and those with sugar or typical sensitivities can happily consume this divine cookie.

Even if you can eat dairy, or sugar, you really, really need to try this cookie! You can’t believe that something so healthy and good for you can taste this, well…decadent and rich! We believe that you could put a pile of these on a plate and even the pickiest person would swoon over them. Personally, we swooned because we knew that they were healthy enough that we could eat a plateful if we chose to! Now how often have you had that revelation?
