If you like a really rich coffee flavor, with a hint of smokiness, but no harshness, this is it! Our whole team can’t get enough of this full, bold brew, and absolutely love that there is no bitterness in the middle of the sip, or at the end.

This is a blend of several dark roasted beans, each bean adding its particular flavor to the whole. The flavor is full with just a hint of roasty smoke to make it interesting, but not overwhelming. The ending is barely sweet, and makes for a nice finish to a bold flavor.

The company makes this coffee available in universal drip grind, French press grind, or whole bean. Never more than two or three days away from roasting, this coffee arrives fragrant enough to smell from outside the plastic coated foil bag.

Each packet is available in 8-ounce, 1-pound, 5-pound, and 2.5-ounce sizes. A metal clip is on the top of the sealed bag so that you have a simple way of closing the bag and keeping it fresh after use. The design of the package is fun, and is actually attractive enough to leave out on the counter!

This coffee is organic, and is fair trade. That means that this company only buys directly from the farmer’s co-op in each country, eliminating the middlemen who previously took most of the profit. The farmers get a better price for their beans, the company gets a stable price, and the customer get the finest, handpicked, organic beans from each country, without an exorbitant markup.
