TURMERIC - COCONUT EGGS

Coconut oil is heart-healthy, slimming and delicious! In conjunction with the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric, you can start your day with body-building proteins enveloped in amaZing flavor!

DIRECTIONS:

Melt 1 Tablespoon coconut oil in frying pan.
Crack 6-8 organic, free-range eggs into pan.
Lightly sprinkle with ground turmeric.
Flip eggs for desired doneness.
Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
